Our Fellows

Fellows graduate with a clearer sense of the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to achieve greater organizational impact, influence, and contribution. They have more confidence that they can move within their company, through various positions and roles, so that they can remain highly valued company contributors. Most notably, they graduate with an increased commitment to shaping our community. Fellows that complete the program:

• Are more self-aware of their personal leadership style and strengths.

• Have enhanced understanding of areas that are critical to their personal growth, community engagement, and leadership capabilities.

• Can identify their most and least effective attributes and skills.

• Have an understanding of the difference between – and the role of – talent, knowledge, and skill.

• Can develop personal strategies for greater success in achieving career, community and life goals, and maximizing talents.

• Have a sense of community and collaboration among and between all classes of Fellows.
